This is a great group!alot of youths find themselves in situations where sometimes not even their friends can help out but sharing it with different people who'd give different views would really help out...

Well..if its Western Influence then the control is with us....we don't have to let other things control us. We have to be strong in the mind and know our bounds.

nice suggestion Val....by promoting such programmes for youths, we are empowered to opt for a change in this very vast transistional period that we are going through. Youths need to see the value of human life and our heavenly father has alrealy set a guide for us, the Commandments and of course, the bible. We are blessed with freedom of choice as we belong to a democratic countryunlike other nation as should not abuse that. We should make the right decions in life that can bear good consequences and thus we may be uplifted and therefore life a properous life. Today, life as a youth i admitt is very challenging as there is advancement of technology and eveythig else and relationships tend to become very demanding in the sense that Western Influence has bombarded us and now, relationships seem less meaninful as sex and pleasure some before love and courtship. Sex especially has become like the norm of every relationship that acts like the glue, holding it together. THat can change but it has to start with you and I as an indidvual to make the first move and talk more openly about our relationships and ways in which we can build healthier and more meaningful ones.

Yes, I believe we are all vulnurable to all kinds of deases and problems and that doesn`t mean we cann`t avoid it...we can.I believe if we get our thoughts right and stay focussed on something good and we must value ourselves...maybe I am wrong so trust in the Lord and join the SILVER MOVEMENT..ITS A WORTHY CAUSE/ORGANISATION ,By Fr.GOLLY.............TA ..maybe I am too religious...thanks.............

hi pips, am very interested in youth relationships. Nah, not to get involved with any of you, but to support and guide you through your problems. Am by experience am a youth coordinator and counsillor..i bring together youths and tend them to be right..

I believe that youths today misuse this idea of courtship. No matter if its just a BF and Gf kind of r-ship, they need to stivk to one partner as Aids today is affecting random people...you really cant trust anyone these days!☻
